In its latest statistics on the crimes of the Saudi coalition in Yemen, the women’s and children’s rights organization (ENTISAF) reported that more than 6,000 women and children were martyred and more than 6,000 were injured.
Faraan: Women’s and Children’s Rights Organization (ENTISAF) releases new statistics on crimes committed by Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition against Yemeni women and children. During the seven years of aggression by the Saudi coalition, 6,264 women and children have been killed, of which 2,428 are women and 3,848 are children.
According to Al-Ahd, 2,852 women were injured and 4,217 children were also injured in the coalition attacks.
Based on this report, 6 Yemeni children are killed every 2 hours following the siege of Yemen by the Saudi coalition, and there are more than 3,000 children with cancer who are on the verge of death. The organization added that more than 2,000 children are also suffering from leukemia and are deprived of the minimum treatment facilities as well as the radioactive materials needed to treat cancer.
According to the Justice Organization, the continuing aggression and brutal siege has led to the spread of many diseases among women and children, the most important of which is malnutrition and congenital anomalies resulting from the coalition’s use of internationally banned weapons. According to the statistics, the remnants of cluster bombs fired by the aggressor coalition in the past seven years have killed, injured and maimed 3,841 civilians, including women and children.
Entisaf noted that continuing to block the entry of petroleum products into more than 1,500 hospitals, health centers and 400 blood banks and laboratories has damaged and endangered the lives of thousands of patients.
According to the organization, more than 5,200 patients with kidney failure are at risk of death due to severe shortages of petroleum products. As many as 200,000 diabetics need insulin.
On the problems of displaced women and children, Entisaf reported that the number of displaced people has reached 4,495,558 and that there are 670,343 displaced families. The head of the organization, Somayeh al-Taifi, stressed that the US-Saudi-led aggression coalition was responsible for all crimes and aggressions against civilians, and called on the international community, international organizations and human rights organizations to take action.
