Institute Presentation/ Simon Wiesenthal Center

The Simon Wiesenthal Institute [1], known as the SWC, is a Jewish and non-governmental organization founded in 1977 by Robbie Marvin [2], and it is headquartered in the United States. The name of the organization is inspired by a person named “Simon Wiesenthal.”[3] According to SWC officials, this person was one of the survivors of the Holocaust who, after the World War II, tried to find German (Nazi) officers and introduce them to the judiciary. [4]
The headquarters of this institute is in Los Angeles, and the cities of New York, Toronto, Miami, Chicago, Paris, Buenos Aires, and the Occupied Palestinian Territories also host other branches of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. [5]
Goals
The general objectives of the center are divided into 4 categories:
– Confronting anti-Semitism and genocide;
– Keeping the memory of the fake history of the Holocaust in the public mind;
– Supporting various groups and minorities whose activities are in line with the Zionist goals;
– Providing the necessary training in the field of Zionist thoughts and goals. [6]

Senior officials
The SWC has a board of trustees of about 50 people, and its senior officials include:
– Marvin Hier: Managing Director [7]
– Larry A. Mizel: The Boss [8]
– Nelson Peltz: Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board [9]
– Stephen Moeller: Secretary of Offices [10]
– Susan Burden [11] (The Financial Manager and Executive Director of the Offices. [12]
Financial credit and activity
The financial credit required by the Simon Wiesenthal Center is provided in various ways. Receiving money directly from Israel, donations from the Jewish people from around the world to the center, receipts from various states, investments in cinemas, museums, banks, stock exchanges and insurance are the factors that fund the institution. [13]
The activities of the “SWC” institution take place in different forms and phases, and by monitoring and establishing centers in various fields, it always pursues several main goals. These goals include fighting anti-Semitism, defending and supporting Israel, drawing attention to the Holocaust, and, in their view, countering terrorism, which are largely fixed between the centers under Simon Wiesenthal.
