It seems that the security services of the “Zionist regime” who always claimed to be rational in dealing with the Palestinian issue, their previous wrong assessments have shown that they have also lost their reason in dealing with the Palestinians.
Faraan: There is a famous Palestinian proverb that says (If everyone goes crazy, your mind won’t help you) that applies today to the security forces of the Zionist occupation regime.
The siege of the Shuafat camp and the use of force under the title of “Iron Fist” by the Zionist regime in the form of searching for the agent and the operator of the Shuafat stop and search operation, has now brought the situation to the point where the situation is going against the wishes of the occupiers. The recent conflicts are not limited to Jerusalem, the camp and the surrounding settlements, but have also spread to the entire geography of Palestine in the West Bank. In the past few hours, after the clashes in all parts of the city of Jerusalem and its suburbs, the Hebrew media published their news headline with the title “We have lost control of Quds”.
At the same time, a Zionist Jew has raised the question why every Jewish settler who passes by ‘Pisgat Ze’ev (the Jewish settlement in East Jerusalem) must be confronted by stones or Molotov cocktails thrown at him yet the Palestinians are scattered in all the streets and they can easily move around? By asking this question, one can understand the reason for the surprise of the occupying regime forces and its security services. Additionally, and with a little care in this field, similar incidents can be prevented in the future, of course, if the Zionist regime is rational.
Regarding the importance of this operation, the first point is that, to my surprise and disbelief, this operation was carried out in the heart of Jerusalem, that is, at the military checkpoint that was set up to protect the Zionists from the infiltration of the Palestinians into the city of Jerusalem. By rejecting all the claims of the Zionist regime, the execution of the said operation showed that the danger does not originate only from the West Bank, but is among them and in the heart of the city of Quds. The second point, which is more surprising, is that the operator of the operation is a famous and well-known person and his hiding place is also quite clear. However, five days have passed since this operation and the security forces, police and army of the occupying regime with all their facilities have not been able to arrest a young man who is not more than twenty-two years old.
But the most surprising point in this context is the state of solidarity of the Palestinians and the spread of conflicts to areas beyond Jerusalem (the occupied territories in 1948). This is the same problem that has no solution. If the security service of the Zionist regime warns today about the great intifada (the great Palestinian uprising), it should study and analyze it well, because “the spread of conflicts to all areas” is the most important problem. And it is a problem that this regime is facing now. The Zionist authorities must know that the new generations have changed and that what they once thought could be suppressed and eradicated, on the contrary, has become more rooted and stable.
