Sermon 1: Insensitivity towards Taqwa has led to political leadership of corrupt, transgressing persons
Sermon 2: Tehreek e Labbaik delivered the rights of Ashura which the Shias could not do
The major part of human life is social and we all are living social life with very limited opportunity you get to live an exclusive individual life. Family life is also social. The social life means those affairs where you are related with other human beings, use their experience and work. Allah has established religion, aroused prophets and sent heavenly books for guidance in social life. The social life is always under threat whereby some are natural threats like sickness etc. and other are from man himself. The threats in this life are only for sixty to seventy years but the threat in hereafter is eternal. Taqwa is for protection and since social life is major part hence major part of Taqwa is exclusive for social affairs.
We neither look at our experiences nor we witness things but rely on information and preaching of others like media. The most trustworthy things are your own experience through witness and then of others. Like you can see how much part of your life goes in economic affairs like earning. Within social life there is politics which means management of affairs of society. Politics is part of social sciences and in sciences it belongs to philosophy. Fraud, deception, lust of power is not politics it is Satanism. In this management of social affairs, you need Taqwa.
Wilayat , that is authority is the social management plan from Allah. In summarized form Wilayat means authority of someone and is not friendship, alliance which are all related to authority. A friend can also be Wali because certain parts of your life go in authority of friend. Like you involve many relatives, friends in your various affairs and ask them to decide. Against Taqwa is Fisk and Fujoor. The terminologies of Fisk and Fujoor comes from Dates in Arabs. The Arabs are very specific in quality of dates, rides (horses) and perfumes. A date has layers like a gelatin type layer , then its flesh and then the seed also has a gelatin layer. If the upper gelatine layer tears ad flesh comes out, the Arabs would term it as Fisk and if it tears more and seed also comes out, they call it Fajir. Fasik is one who comes out of limits established of religion and if he transgresses the foundations of religion then this is Fujoor. If you do not acquire Taqwa then your life is of Fisk and Fujoor. In every affair of life Allah has established limits. In politics as well limits are set and authority is established over us. Here we should adapt Taqwa and not give the management of country affairs in the hands of Faasik and Fajir. The first step of Fisk which man takes is in political affairs.
Allah also did not reveal the first verses on Prophet for Salaat, Sawm, Zakat and not even Jihad. When laws started to descend then first Prophet was declared as Wali and then after that Wali started to use his rights. Then gradually the worships started. We start religion from Salaat but unless the foundations of society do not get established in right way what kind of Salaat is this. There are a hadith that talks about five foundations of religion in which Wilayat is foremost. Who will have management of affairs of society. Wilayat is the system for management and political organization of society.
After the demise of Holy Prophet, the first violation which the Ummah did was to abandon Taqwa in this political domain. When political Taqwa ends then we don’t care who becomes political ruler. This thinking is present in all today and most in scholars. When this Taqwa ended Banu Umayyah took full advantage of this atmosphere whereby Muslims were not sensitive on who could be their rulers, so Banu Umayyah decided they can become ruler. The Banu Umayyah removed Ahlulbayt out of religion and then used their own rented narrators to prepare the version of their own religion. As per Banu Umayyah religion they have established fabricated hadiths that irrespective of Hakim being Fasik, Faajir he should be obeyed as this is his personal affair. Today the Shias also say the same about the political leaders. This is the religion of Yazid and Muawiya to say that political leader’s evils are personal affairs.
The rights of Wilayat should be with one whom Allah has given the rights. If the rights are usurped by corrupt person or righteous it’s the same. The verse of Quran says the same.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا دِينَكُمْ هُزُوًا وَلَعِبًا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَالْكُفَّارَ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ {57}
O you who believe! do not take for guardians those who take your religion for a mockery and a joke, from among those who were given the Book before you and the unbelievers; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah if you are believers
You should not make Wali the one who does Lahb and Lahw in religion. This was because they were doing this at the time. All those whom you have given authority in life to various other people they are your Wali and yourself is also not authority except for those like children.
Imam Hussain (a) did uprising based on this verse. If someone forcibly falling in this category becomes Wali then rise against him and teach a lesson. In Pakistan constitution , Article 6 it is written that if anyone breaks, violates the constitution then he/she has death penalty. The court gave the order against Musharraf on the same article. The judgement was to hang Musharraf and if he is found dead then his body should be hanged in D-chowk for three days. The punishment for violation of constitution of Allah is more severe. The entire Ummah did the same violation by accepting Yazid. It is duty of every Muslim to do this, but if Taqwa is not there then man becomes insensitive to Yazid and spends life under Yazid, prays for their success. This dimension of Taqwa is very prominent in Quran. We should return towards Quranic religion and other systems are just you are taking chances and risks. The most satisfied and clear path is of Imam Hussain (a).
SECOND SERMON
Without Taqwa man is Fasik and Fajir. When world comes in hands of such corrupt persons then entire world gets destroyed and the crimes on humanity can be seen. Today 287 days have passed with oppression on Gaza without break. This is a sign of Fisk, Fujoor that for nine months this oppression has been going on and there is no justification even though Mufti’s have found justifications. These Mufti’s are like Mughaira ibn Sheba for whom Imam Ali (a) said that he has learnt religion to justify his crimes. Today these Muftis bring justification for Yazid and Israel.
Those who are Hussaini and their path is of Imam Hussain (a) and not just in rituals. Those who are in field, thinking of ideology of Hussain (a) has fought Yazid with full power. Ansarullah has done drone attacks in Tel Aviv. It was severe attack and Syed Nasrallah has said we will attack where you can’t even think. These Hussaini’s of Ansarullah are true Hussaini. In the ten days of Moharram I did a commentary on the letter of Imam Hussain (a). In this letter Imam Hussain (a) said I have started towards you, and while I come you prepare yourself and become serious. They claimed to be supporters (Nasir) but later they did Khazl which means one who can support, and is mandatory but does not do. Hazl means to be non-serious and in mockery which is against Jidd. The Kufi’s later when the captive came started to cry and Lady Zainab (s) became furious that why are you crying now? Khazl and Hazl are paths of disgrace whereas Nasr and Jidd are path of dignity. Today which attributes are present in the current generation who are mourning on Imam Hussain (a). Will Lady Zainab (s) pray or curse upon you? If you abandon the path of Imam Hussain (a) then they will be furious on us as well. Today we can know from Gaza who are Nasir and who are Khazil. Who have adapted dignity and who have taken path of humiliation? These Arabs, Muslim nations have ruined Gaza to rubbles. They are the Khazil. I got a big tenure of being religious student and in such long tenure I never heard from any teacher about Khazl, but when I read Ziarat there is curse in every second line on Khazil. Today Gaza is showing us who is Khazil and who is Nasir? The traders of Imam Hussain (a) are Khazil. The rituals which we do should be counted to see how many are those which Imam Hussain (a) did, most of them are those which his enemies did upon them. Imam Hussain (a) did not ask for water or anything, he only asked for Nasir for the benefit of Nasir themselves and not for him.
Today we believe that our Imam e Asr (a) is not returning because Ummah is not ready. So, what about these millions on Ashura out on street and in Arbaeen you will see millions. So, Imam should come, but why is he not coming? Imam (a) we say is waiting for 313 and there are 250 million on street. This is because Imam comes for Nasir and not Khazil. In every generation we can see both categories. If you want to prove that you are serious then place your part in this Karbala and do whatever you can do as per your ability and potential. It could be speaking, expressing and do everything possible. In cricket match in Pakistan , in Ashura procession they do not allow flag of Palestine to be present. They are showing you that you can walk on another path and become Hussain still? The Azadar of Imam Hussain
(a) are Ansarullah. In Ashura striking Tel Aviv irrespective of damage , means Israel has died its death , because you have to see who has attacked whom. Then these rulers should be ashamed. One organization Tehreek e Labbaik are doing protest in Faizabad and many sects don’t like them as they attacked Azadari in Sheikhupura. During Moharram they did a protest in Islamabad for Gaza and applied pressure on parliament to pass resolution for Gaza, to take steps to help Gaza and put pressure on Israel to stop the war. Did we the Shias raise this demand for Gaza in Ashura. This group did this with the slogan of Labbaik Ya Hussain. Who should be doing this, and who did this? If those who have to do don’t do then Allah will get it done through someone else. We should have stopped our Ashura procession for this. The Palestinians demanded from Pakistan government to just give warning to Israel to stop war which also our rulers did not do. This Tehreek e Labbaik delivered the right message of Ashura. I am telling their leaders the slogans which you are raising can be only be accomplished through the path of Imam Hussain (a). When you say that you will end those who violate the sanctity of Holy Prophet (s) and bring governance of Mustafa (s), then adapt the path of Imam Hussain (a). Hamas is not Shia, Ansarullah are not Shia then you can also adapt the path of Imam Hussain (a). The salvation is there for everyone from the ark of salvation that is Imam Hussain (a).
