FARAAN: The Lebanese Resistance Movement, Hezbollah, has condemned Israel’s actions in Syria, describing them as part of a broader effort to destabilize the country. In a statement reported by Lebanese news outlet Al Mayadeen on Tuesday, Hezbollah asserted that Israel’s ongoing attacks in Syria are meant to disrupt the nation’s stability.
The group linked these attacks to Israel’s simultaneous military operations in Gaza and its aggression toward Lebanon, emphasizing the need for resistance against such actions. Hezbollah also warned of potentially serious consequences if these assaults persist and called on the international community, particularly Arab and Islamic nations, to take a strong stance against Israel’s actions.
Hezbollah further accused Israel of attempting to expand its territorial control in Syria, labeling these actions as a continuation of its occupation of Syrian land, particularly the Golan Heights, since 1967.
