What is certain is that after the transfer of these funds to Iranian bank accounts, the Central Bank of Iran will have complete authority over how to use these funds and will be able to buy essential goods, medicine, and other goods and needs. Therefore, the claim that Iran has no authority in how to spend this money is extremely absurd and baseless.
This diplomatic victory of Iran is indicative of the fact that this country will never allow America to deprive the Iranian nation of its rights and assets in any way it wants. Another truth behind this victory is that Iran does not give up any efforts to defend the rights of Iranians around the world and does not allow its citizens to remain in American prisons without any guilt and until it releases them, it does not stop the prosecution of criminals.
