Ansarullah in the ‘American terrorist list’; will Yemen stop supporting Gaza?

FARAAN: The US Department of State announced in a statement on its X social network (former Twitter) in response to the continuous attacks of the Houthis (Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement) on civilian ships in the Red Sea, that it has included this group in the list of international terrorist groups.

Analysis:

It is no secret that the American “Terrorism List” is a list compiled based on purely “Israeli” criteria. This list is solely to protect “Israel” from any party that might threaten the existence of this bogus regime. You will not see any regime, movement, party, personality, organization, company or any other party on this list, despite their crimes, due to the fact that they either have good relations with “Israel” or have their eye on terrorism. Moreover, it has closed its eyes against the crimes of “Israel” yet this situation also applies to the Israeli genocide in Gaza as they should have been the first people on the list!

Americans’ treatment of the category of terrorism has become a mockery because the American definition of terrorism includes any resistance to the illegal presence and existence of two elements in the region. First, the fake presence and existence of Israel and secondly, the illegal and imposed presence of America by using force and against the will of the people and governments of the region. This is the illegal presence of America through military bases that has taken root like a cancer in Syria, Iraq and some other countries, and anyone who opposes the presence of these two elements is a “terrorist” from America’s point of view, and any resistance against it is considered “terrorism”.

In recent long decades, we have seen how the United States put countries in its list of terrorism according to the type of positions taken by countries or groups towards “Israel” or regarding Washington’s illegal presence in the region and its policy of supporting “Israel”. There is no need to mention examples because there are many examples, from Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to Sudan.

It is noteworthy that the US usually resorts to ridiculous lies when it decides to include or exclude opponents or supporters of Israel from its “terrorism” list. The recent US decision regarding Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement is no exception to this rule, as the US State Department has said that it made the decision to include Ansarullah Movement in its terrorism list in response to the movement’s continuous attacks on civilian ships in the Red Sea.

This is while the whole world knows that America is lying because the armed forces of Yemen have never threatened any ship in the Red Sea, despite the fact that Yemen has been invaded by the Arab coalition supported by America and the West for more than 9 years. Therefore, America’s lying about “Yemen’s attacks on civilian ships in the Red Sea” does not deceive anyone, because the Red Sea region has not witnessed any tension, and the tension has happened since the time when America and Britain started their military presence and aggression in Yemen. In order to prevent the Yemeni pressure on the Israeli regime to stop its brutal aggression against children and women in Gaza, America and Britain have increased their attacks on this country.

In the end, we point out the reaction of Muhammad Abdus Salam, a member of the Yemeni Ansarullah Political Council, regarding the US decision, which shows the position of the proud people of this country. He wrote on his user account on the X social network (former Twitter): “Yemen, which supports Gaza, is not affected by a decision and does not retreat from its principled, religious and humanitarian position. Yemen continues to support Gaza with all available means and will prevent the movement of Israeli ships and ships bound for the ports of the occupied territories until the end of the aggression and the lifting of the blockade of Gaza.”
