Stating that the Islamic Revolution will not be defeated by sedition and disturbances, the member of the Board of Directors of the Council of Leadership Experts said: “Since the beginning of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, 15 seditions, disturbances and deviations have been designed with the support of enemies in the country and all failed.”
Faraan: Ayatollah Seyyid Ahmad Khatami, on Thursday night, during the commemoration ceremony of the epic of the 9th day and the third day of the burial of the unknown martyrs in South Khorasan, said: “We must explain and remind people who have not seen these events, and this list shows an important point. It is also that our Islamic revolution is invincible.”
He stated: “The first issue or sedition was the flow of liberals and the leadership gang of the Freedom Movement, which Imam Khomeini (r.a) clearly said that he did not believe in the prime ministership of Bazargan, the movement of the Freedom Movement absolutely did not believe in the authority of the Faqih, and this movement had been on the job for 9 months, but finally, it was abandoned by the authority of Imam Khomeini (r.a).

He said: Saddam’s imposed and eight-year war was another process, sedition and conspiracy of the enemies. He continued: “It was the ninth movement of the hypocrites and the tenth movement of the Furgan group that took martyr Motahari from us.” In another part, Ayatollah Khatami explained the seditions from the beginning of the victory of the Islamic Revolution until now as the tenth trend and said: “The first sedition was the Mahdi Hashemi gang, known for being a supporter of Ayatollah Montazeri, and dangerous crimes and murders occurred in this sedition.
He added: “The 78 sedition or the coup of Tehran University was another sedition that messed up Tehran and the US president supported it, but the people came to the square and gathered against this damn sedition.” The temporary Imam of Tehran said: “The 88 sedition was the eleventh sedition in our country, which lasted for eight months, and the war commanders said that these eight months were more difficult for them than eight years of imposed war.”
He pointed out: “In this sedition, they chanted against the religious authority, and the 88th sedition was against the basis of religion and the religious authority, which the epic of 9th of December extinguished this sedition, and if the people did not come, this sedition would not have been thwarted, and the people understood correctly that it was a conspiracy against the religious authority.
