Sermon 1 : Either you are with oppressed or you are with oppressors
Sermon 2: Why did Hamas attack when they knew how Israel would retaliate?
If you do something good here , you get benefits of that yourself and same for evils. Those who have died and whatever they have left good or bad, it is for their benefit or loss. We try to do things which should benefit the past generation. The Quran says you cannot help them but you can help yourself. You have time and think that you have not died and your book of deeds has not closed. There is one sick person whom you can save, there is one whom you cannot. This generation should think about themselves and see if their era, society is established on Adl or not. If not then try to establish to the extent they can.
The current world is highly imbalanced and immoderate. The world can see its example today and specifically what is happening on the land of Palestine. This is the proof of injustice of the current era and how oppression has spread. As Quran says that corruption bought by the hands of people has spread across land and seas. At present oppression is on its peak and has gone on the peak of barbarism and beastliness. Though apparently it is in Gaza the oppression is happening but the entire human generation is involved in this. It is not that rest are not involved. Today’s humanity is divided into two parts. One is the group of aggressors, tyrants and their supports, alliance and those who strengthen them in every possible way, who try to help in every way like technical, financial, intelligence to strengthen their oppression. There are some who might not be doing these things but still are part of this tyranny. Those who are giving opportunity by remaining silent as spectators. As per Quranic and religious principles the one who supports, testifies and remains silent observing oppression are all with the oppressors. In our ziarat testaments we send curses on oppressors, killers and those who listened and remained silent that is agreed with the oppression.
Today such open aggression is going on in Gaza. America the leader of oppressors is there with their forces in this war and against them are those empty handed, captive, without any support are these oppressed children, women who do not even have supply of food and water. There is entire huge Islamic nation who are all around Palestine. There is Egypt whose border touches Palestine, then Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Gulf countries who are all neighbors. The foreign ministers of America, British are sitting in Tel Aviv though they are scared and distressed but have still come there to support oppression, but against them none of the Muslim nation got the opportunity to help, support them. They have not travelled or arranged meeting, conventions for these oppressed. This Ummah is in agreement with this oppression and Allah considers them as oppressors only. There is no third entity between oppressor and oppressed. The scholars talk about one argument in science of logic, mathematics, physics, chemistry and other sciences as well. The name in science of logic is “Qaziyate Maniyate Khuloow” which is easy to understand. It means there are two states out of which one state has to be present and impossible that both states won’t exist. There are certain things which cannot be together and there are two certain things which cannot end together at one time is impossible, though their presence together is possible. This is the law and every science has their objective reference and even in normal life we can witness. One testification example of this law is that it is impossible for a man to be neither oppressed nor oppressor. Can we assume such a social state in the current issue of Palestine? Can we say entire world is neither oppressed nor oppressor? This law of logic says it is impossible. Both these states cannot end together and one will always remain. On sociology as well the divine laws are effective in the same way. To say that Pakistan and their 250 million people, their leaders, religious groups, parties are not free from any one of these two states is not possible. To say that we are neither with anyone is not acceptable. If you are not with oppressed then you are with oppressors. In certain traditions it is mentioned that man will see the group in which he would be made to stand and would get astonished. Like some would be placed with adulterers and they will complain we never did. They will be told you have not done one form of adultery but there are other forms of adultery like with eyes. Thus oppression is also like this. These 250 million are also getting recorded with someone. It is impossible that we don’t get counted with any group is not acceptable. In Kashmir either we are with Modi or with Kashmiri’s, if you say not with anyone is impossible. Like for deceased we cannot do anything for them except for supplication that also acceptance is in the hands of Allah. You can do a lot beyond supplication for those who are present that too practically. When some incident takes place the first step we do is to save ourselves, like the Pakistani government, establishment, politicians, people, religious group thinks that it is their duty to first save themselves. How should Pakistan save themselves from the incident of Palestine? There is one state whereby Pakistan goes and stands explicitly with Israel, then the end would be the same as the oppressor in the world and hereafter. The second state which we are of being negligent, distanced from both is also hundred percent destruction and as per logic of religion and Allah this is total loss. There is only one state whereby you can save yourself, that is to stand with oppressed. There are various levels of standing with oppressed. One is to be physically present with them in Palestine, and you should go and stand with them. It is possible that entire people of Egypt and their forces can all reach through the borders. They have in fact guarded their borders that no Palestinian , even injured should come inside Egypt. If you cannot do this then support them political, socially and at least express your hatred from enemies even to the extent of words. Even if you cannot do this, which majority are not doing then don’t be happy that we are unconcerned, then you would be counted with Zionism as their sleeping silent force. If you have learnt Adl then what is the demand of Adl in this incident. The Adl demands from every moderate person that they should be supporting the oppressed. Today the voice that is raised through media is very powerful and the condition is if someone can express their media power. This time will pass and then we will be ashamed till Qayamat. May Allah destroy these oppressors with their oppression and destroy their supporters. May Allah destroy America , Israel and their silent spectators.
Today due to people not possessing Taqwa the oppression is on its peak and people are watching as spectators. They are writing in media as well that why Palestinians attacked these beasts and in return they have turned Gaza into rubbles. So what was the logic behind doing this? It’s a good question but not the time to ask and analyze this, instead at present we have to stand with the oppressed. Even though this is proven and for those it is proven it is time to take another step. It happens in such incidents where some keep on thinking whereas some take steps.
In the incident of Ibrahim being thrown into blazing fire, the daughter of Nimrod was watching and she was a supporter by heart with Ibrahim. She was confused and not able to decide what to do. Allama Iqbal presented this incident as battle between Aql and Ishq. He says “ Ishq jumped into fire fearlessly and intellect kept watching as spectator from roof top”. The resemblance of Aql is this woman and of Ishq is Ibrahim. When the ground is there for Aql and Ishq they act as per their essence. The Ishq is fearless and jumps into dangers. The Aql keeps on doing calculations.
That group who have connected them in any form with Imam Hussain (a) are very fortunate and blessing of Allah. If Allah would have given all bounties of world and not given this, then nothing would have been received. If this has been given and if there is nothing else then also we have everything. Today what Hamas did is Karbala only. Who attacked Ibrahim? The idols or Ibrahim attacked Idols? The idols were silent in their temple but Ibrahim was restless that how can shirk remain when Tauheed is present. When Yazid came into power many elders, elites, companions, commentators of Quran, abstainers, worshippers, scholars were all present and their logic did not teach them to confront oppressors. Many came to Imam Hussain (a) to get the issue resolved and biggest thing was that his own brother-in-law and cousin got a testament written from governor to not oppose Yazid openly by going to Kufa, we give him refuge of life. But is getting refuge of life the religion of Allah? This option was available to Imam Hussain (a). Today’s uprising of Hamas can be understood only by the followers of Karbala and we can see its only followers of Imam Hussain (a) standing with Hamas. You can see there is not a single Shia in Hamas and Palestine. You can see their worships and all practices are of Ahle Sunnah and no one has doubt that they are Sunnis. But Shia is standing with these Sunnis. The Hussaini Shias of Lebanon are standing with them. The traditional Shias in Lebanon are not with Hamas and Palestine it is only the Hussaini Shias who are standing with Hamas. There are Shias in Iraq, Bahrain, Pakistan , India but those who stand with oppressed are those who are Hussaini. In Iran also if you see there are some who raise slogans that we are Iranians and nothing to do with Palestine. In Qom there are scholars who say why should we rise for Sunnis. The entire world believes from Israel to America, from Bin Salman to all others that this power of Hamas, strategy, war expertise has come from where? Who in the world possesses such war tactics and who can train with such skills; whether you believe or not. See the damage Iran has suffered just due to support of Palestine and oppressed. Today all economic problems of Iran can be solved which even Russia, China has told them to leave support of Palestine, Lebanon and Syria then all your problems will get solved. In Lebanon there are Shias, but in Palestine there are no Shias, so why should Shia support them? If Karbala would not have been present then it was possible for Shia to live a oppressed life. Imam Hussan could have saved his family but he started uprising. He expressed in Mecca as to what would happen with me. Those who are connected with Karbala for them this question is answered because this is the religion of Ashoor. You should not accept oppression. For 76 years the oppression has been going on a community and this uprising got delayed. They knew Israel is a beast and they will react this way. So if they did not do this, was Israel sitting silent. They were attacking every day on Palestine, and Israel has decided to ether kill or humiliate them. Imam Hussain (a) has taught the same that to live with humiliation is not permissible but to die with respect is acceptable. They knew they will die eventually so why not take this path. This logic should be understood by the followers of Imam Hussain (a). Those who are distanced from Karbala they should return back to this path only. The ruler’s self-respect is dead and they will never awaken. The Hamas has awakened the conscience of everyone. Those who are connected with Imam hussain to awaken the others. Theis slogan of Labbayk Ya Hussain is not inside. This Alam (Flag) is for the forces and not for hoisting. Today is the time to raise that flag. The slogan of “Haihaat minna Zillah” is when you have sword on neck. The Hamas has got this spirit also from Karbala. The Supreme leader has said whoever has created the Hamasa of Hamas their hands should be kissed; I say we should kiss the feet. Today Hamas has told the world that let Yazid be of any era, we cannot submit to him. It is an obligatory duty on everyone to support them. Today we will go to Mall road for solidarity with Palestine. They are doing so much so why can’t we close our shops for two hours.
