The Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement congratulated all the Palestinians for their commitment to and defense of their land.
Faraan: In a statement marking the Earth Day, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement congratulated all the Palestinians for their commitment to and defense of their land.
In its statement, the Islamic Jihad Movement sent its congratulations to all the Palestinians living in the West Bank, Occupied Jerusalem, Occupied Territories and the Gaza Strip for adhering to and defending its territory, as well as fighting all forms of aggression by the occupiers, including looting, settlement, annexation and development of settlements.
The statement said: “None of the compromise efforts to legitimize the occupying regime in our territories will ever succeed, and none of the conferences, summits and meetings can ever establish the enemy in the land of Palestine. This is because the rightful owners have roots and will remain steadfast in their land at all costs.”
Referring to the 46th anniversary of Earth Day, the Islamic Jihad said in a statement: “The occupying regime still controls more than 85% of the historic land of Palestine and will spare no effort to seize the rest of the land.”
The movement also called on the Arab and Islamic ummah to once again address the central issue of the Arab world, the issue of Palestine, and to support the Palestinian people’s stability in confronting the usurping regime until the return of Palestinian refugees and the liberation of all usurped lands. Islamic Jihad also called on the inhabitants of the occupied territories of 1948 to strengthen their unity and defend their land and not to give any chance to the occupying regime.
