London’s support again for Iran riots

In the latest interventionist stance of Western authorities in Iran’s internal affairs, the British Prime Minister claimed that “the recent unrest is rooted in opposition to the regime”.

Faraan: Rishi Sunak raised this issue on Tuesday evening at the annual meeting with the presence of international officials and foreign policy experts in London. Without mentioning the 4 decades of Western enmity with the Iranian nation and the sanctions that did not spare even the sick, he claimed: “Iranian women show the great level of humbleness and breathtaking courage”.

Repeating the claims about the positions of our country’s football players in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, he claimed: “Tomorrow, the Iranian national football team will once again stand by them (the rioters) to express solidarity, and they will face unknown consequences as a result of this action.”

The British Prime Minister then claimed that in his government, foreign policy would be pursued differently, “We will not choose the status quo; we will do things differently and we are sure that our values will prevail. »

This is while the British authorities have officially supported the war room against the Iranian people with interventionist statements and false slogans since the beginning of the unrest in Iran.

In an interview with the Saudi newspaper “Al-Sharq Al-Awsat” last week, the British Foreign Minister James Cleverly, continued his interventionist statements and supported the Persian-language media based in his country, which has been publishing interventionist news and fomenting riots in Iran for the past 2 months. He said: “The security of people in England is really serious for us. We take the importance of free and honest journalism very seriously.”

England has imposed sanctions against the institutions and personalities of our country on two occasions under the pretext of human rights issues. Iran has also reciprocally imposed sanctions against British personalities and institutions due to their deliberate actions in supporting terrorism and terrorist groups, promoting and inciting terrorism, spreading violence and hatred, and violating human rights.
