FARAAN: The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, in a message to the Commander-in-Chief of the Army, cited the operation “True Promise” as an example of the solidarity, cooperation and synergy of the Hezbollah army with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Major General Mohammad Bagheri, the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, in a message to Amir Major General Seyed Abdul Rahim Mousavi, the Commander in Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, cited the “True Promise” operation as an example of the solidarity, cooperation and synergy of the Hezbollah army with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and said: “It is expected to prevent any adventure of the sworn enemies of the Islamic system, take more care and action on increasing the defense capabilities and continuity of preparations.”
The text of Major General Bagheri’s message addressed to Amir Major General Mousavi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, is as follows:
April 29th is a reminder of the great sacrifices and efforts of the proud men of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army and a glorious opportunity to show the unforgettable epic creations of the heroic ground forces in defense of the independence, security and territorial integrity of the country against the enemies of Islamic Iran, to His Excellency and the commanders, staff and large family of Aja. I congratulate you on this occasion.
The historical memory of the Islamic Revolution and the Iranian nation testifies that the proud and powerful army has always shone in the protection of the nation and the country in various and sensitive scenes of jihad and sacrifice in the eight years of holy defense and the ups and downs years after the victory of the glorious Islamic revolution, and so far thousands of martyrs has presented the country.
Today, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with insight and a deep understanding of the needs of the times and responding to the missions and expectations facing it in the field of deterrence and increasing defense power with exemplary intelligence, wisdom and tact, has established its place in various fields of land, air, sea, defense and electronic warfare. It has consolidated and established an efficient, up-to-date and powerful army.
An example of these preparations was the sympathy, cooperation and synergy of the Hezbollah army with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the historic and proud operation “True Promise” to punish the Zionist aggressor regime, which showed a new level of the defense authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s armed forces to the international community. Therefore, in order to prevent any adventure of the sworn enemies of the Islamic system, it is expected that you take more care and action to increase the defense capabilities and continue the preparations. I am honoring the memory of the precious martyrs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army and glorifying the heroic deeds and sacrifices of the veterans and the proud warriors of our country. Dear Iran, I wish to serve the noble people of this land in front of Almighty God.
