Some experts and observers believe that Sana’a’s threat to attack the strategic targets of Saudi Arabia and the UAE was an important military lever that has been stopped by the meaningless ceasefire that Sana’a should activate again.
Faraan: Yemeni political experts say that in the face of the arrogance, aggression, procrastination and lack of seriousness of the enemies in ending the aggression against the Yemeni people and trying to find a solution to end this aggression, the only option for the Yemeni people is to confront the aggressors.
Political experts emphasize that the Yemeni people want peace, but with the continued aggression and after 8 years of destruction, killing, intimidation and all kinds of mass killings in Yemen, the Yemeni people cannot be silent against these attacks. Some political researchers believe that the so-called ceasefire in Yemen is no longer valid and the aggressor coalition countries did not adhere to it despite the desire of Yemeni leaders for peace.
Some human rights researchers emphasize that the aggressor coalition only seeks to bring the Yemeni people to their knees and keep them hungry through the siege and division of the country by arming various militias. On the other hand, Yemeni media experts believe that the activation of Yemen’s military option is necessary, because its closure at the present time may have disastrous results.
Some human rights researchers say that the ceasefire in Yemen has remained in the state of “no war, no peace” and this is not in the interest of the Yemeni people, because the Yemeni people are looking for a just, comprehensive and complete peace that stops the aggression, cancels the siege, free the occupiers from the foreign country, free the airports and ports of Yemen, and make the people of Yemen benefit from the wealth of oil and gas. Some journalists believe that Sana’a presented an experience during 8 months of self-restraint and numerous talks, and the events in Muscat emphasize their interest in peace.
Media experts believe that Sana’a has many levers, the most important of which is the military, and its current shutdown may have disastrous results, because the aggressor coalition is mobilizing its tools and trying to stabilize some militias in some areas and send them through local authorities. In this case, Sana’a is the only one who has deactivated the military lever. The Yemeni media added that the military leverage was heavy for the countries of the Saudi aggressor coalition and changed the balance of power and forced Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States to seek a truce, and Sana’a knows that as soon as this leverage is reactivated, the equations will change.
