FARAAN: The criminality of the Zionist regime against the Palestinians, the attack on the residential areas, shelters and hospitals continues on the 40th day of the Al-Aqsa storm operation which has led to the Zionist forces to enter the al-Shafa hospital in Gaza after several days of continuous attack with heavy airstrikes.
Analysis:
Dr. Munir al-Barsh, the director general of hospitals in the Gaza Strip, told Al Jazeera that the soldiers of the Zionist army, under the cover of heavy airstrikes and after several days of continuous attacks, entered the emergency room and the surgery department of al-Shafa hospital and inspected its underground part.
He pointed out that during the occupation’s attack, not a single bullet was fired from inside the hospital because basically there are no weapons there, but the Zionist soldiers shot anyone who left the so-called safe passage. Following the continuation of the Zionist regime’s attacks on civilians and the blockade of Gaza, on Tuesday, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) warned about the suspension of humanitarian activities in the Gaza Strip due to the lack of fuel for the next 48 hours.
The government information office of Gaza announced yesterday evening (Tuesday) that the number of martyrs of the Zionist attack on Gaza reached more than 11,500 martyrs and more than 29,000 wounded. The number of martyrs of the medical staff has reached 198, including a doctor, a nurse and a paramedic. Also, 21 civil defense forces and 51 journalists have been martyred. The Zionist regime continues to prevent humanitarian aid from reaching the Gaza Strip, which has fueled the further deterioration of the humanitarian situation in this region.
The continuation of the heinous bombing of Gaza and the killing of Palestinian women and children is in front of the eyes of the world, while the Western countries supporting the Zionist regime have so far vetoed any ceasefire resolution in the Security Council, or instead of trying to stop the killing and bombing of Palestinians, they are trying to approve resolutions. They are more supportive of this regime.
We are now into the second month since the Palestinian resistance forces in the Gaza Strip, in response to the continuous crimes of the occupying regime, including the killing of Palestinians, the desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the violation of its guards, the attack of the settlers with the support of the Zionist military, on Saturday 7th of October, carried out an operation called “Storm of Al-Aqsa which targeted the positions and bases of the occupied Quds regime with dozens of missiles.
Following this great and brave attack which proved to be a devastating defeat for the Israel, the Zionist regime has continued its criminal attacks from the day of the Al-Aqsa storm operation, including the continuous bombing of residential areas, the killing of civilians, women and children, and the implementation of the war crime policy of mass punishment, such as cutting off the water and electricity of the Palestinians in Gaza. It is busy bombing hospitals and ambulances and using prohibited weapons, including bombs containing white phosphorus.
Worse than this, the deafening silence by the Arab and Muslim countries in response to this genocide is something that we have come to live by. This is especially after an old clip of the American President, Joe Biden, was shared in the social media where he clearly states in his statement that he well knows that the Muslims cannot do anything! In other words, he is clearly telling the Zionists to go ahead with their genocide and they have no one to worry about. The West is supporting them while the Arab and Muslims worldwide cannot do anything.
