The Israeli regime has launched attacks targeting some of Syria’s largest airbases

FARAAN: Israeli forces have reportedly targeted Syria’s largest airbases, causing significant destruction, according to media outlets citing Syrian defense sources. The strikes allegedly destroyed infrastructure, dozens of helicopters, and fighter jets at these airbases.

Additionally, reports indicate that Israel also struck the special forces headquarters in Qamishli, located in Syria’s northeastern al-Hassakah governorate.

In a dramatic turn of events, the Syrian government collapsed early Sunday, marking the end of President Bashar al-Assad’s 24-year rule. The collapse occurred after the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) terrorist group stormed and seized control of the capital, Damascus.
