The parliament of the Zionist regime has been dissolved

Zionist lawmakers agreed to dissolve the regime’s parliament as a first step towards holding early elections in the occupied territories.

Faraan: The Hebrew channel “Kan” reported this afternoon (Wednesday) that the Zionist representatives have voted in favor of dissolving the regime’s parliament. The dissolution of the Zionist regime’s parliament was approved by a vote of 110 members of this parliament. The vote to dissolve the Zionist regime’s parliament followed the defeat of Bennett’s cabinet in passing a bill related to Zionist settlers in the West Bank.

With the dissolution of the Zionist regime’s parliament, the prelude to holding parliamentary elections in October next year will be provided for the fifth time in the last four years. The regime’s dissolution followed the defeat of Bennett’s coalition cabinet in extending the apartheid law, the passage of a draft law on Zionist settlers, and the decision of Nir Auerbach (of the Yemeni party) to leave the ruling coalition.

Earlier, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid had agreed to dissolve the Knesset in the coming days. After Lapid and Bennett agreed on a bill to dissolve parliament and hold early elections, Israeli opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu accused Prime Minister Naftali Bennett of defeat and vowed to take power again.

Netanyahu said the cabinet had failed miserably in all security, political and economic dimensions, and that he would work to form a broad cabinet. Netanyahu made the remarks as his own cabinet marked the end of his 12-year rule in June 2021 after a political crisis that ended in four elections in less than two years.
