Sermon 1 : The purpose of establishing Adl in society by sociologist and Quran
Sermon 2: Participating in Election is usurpation of rights of Imamat
Taqwa is not abstinence, fear but is protection even though fear, abstinence are essentials of security. The hereafter which is the outcome of this worldly life is given protection by Taqwa. The foundation of establishment of Taqwa is Adl and Quran says Adl is the most near to Taqwa. The Adl in universe apart from life of human being is established by Allah whereas for human being it is done by his will and intention. It is not individual but a social intention that would establish Adl and then Taqwa.
The arrangement that Allah has made for establishing Adl is expressed in verse 25 of Surah Hadid
لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَنْزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ النَّاسُ بِالْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَنْزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ وَرُسُلَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ {25}
Certainly We sent Our messengers with clear arguments, and sent down with them the Book and the balance that men may conduct themselves with equity; and We have made the iron, wherein is great violence and advantages to men, and that Allah may know who helps Him and His messengers in the secret; surely Allah is Strong, Mighty.
Allah says we have sent our messengers with clear arguments for establishing Adl, we have given them Book and then Meezan which is religion so that people can rise on and for Adl, thus establishing society on the basis of Adl. The fourth thing which we have given to messengers is Iron that is sword which means by force, pressure, hardship you should establish Adl if there are obstacles in this path. As per Quran the fundamental right of man is Adl which man should demand. There is religion, Quran, Prophets, Imams and then sword, power are all for Adl.
The position which Allah has ordained whose only purpose is to establish Adl. The messenger has purpose of receiving religion from Allah, propagating it and then establishing it. The Imams have to execute, establish Adl and then do leadership on the basis of Adl. As per this Quranic principle we can see the differences of governments based on Adl. The Holy Prophet (S) established the first society of believers. He transformed the society of Jahalah into a society of justice. But after the Prophet (s.a.w.s) the people took this hand in their hands and started to appoint Imams on their own. As per Shias the viceregency is from Allah and Ali (a) is appointed by Allah which has several evidences including Ghadeer. But a different system called Khilafat got established. When you see the era of Prophet, the society of Caliphs and then the society of Ali (a). When Ali (a) took over the governance after 25 years he says your state today is same as the era before the arousing of Prophet (s). The Quran has prophesized this before as well on what you have to do after the Prophet. All the outwardly things like worship etc. continued in the era of Caliphate and even certain things like conquering other lands, expanding the Islamic lands increased. So why is Ali (a) saying that your state is same as the era of Jahalah. He (a) is analyzing the society on the basis of Adl which was abandoned in that society. Hence, he rose on the basis of Adl and tried to established Adl. But those who are not ready to accept Adalat fought with him. To be noted that all battles of Ali (a) were internal. The three groups of Mariqeen, Naqiseen, Qasiteen had one common opposition to Ali which was what they have acquired in unjust manner Ali (a) wanted to recover all that on the basis of Adl. This was something they were not accepting. The experienced political persons of that time counselled Ali (a) to leave Adl and just try to strengthen your authority. The vision of Ali (a) was different. He said if I cannot establish Adl through governance then that governance is not even the worth of my torn shoes. As per Ali (a) nothing can be compromised for the sake of power. For acquiring power neither give wealth, life and more than all values. Today we are ready to sacrifice everything for the sake of power. The Naqiseen were those who broke allegiance were not enemies but supporters of Ali who got him into power, but they broke their pledge, made a force to fight against Ali. The same can be seen with the Imams as well that those who pledged loyalty came to confront Ali. In the Islamic revolution as well, we can see that those who were revolutionary went after materialistic gains and hence they stood against revolution. Then the Khawarij was that foolish group and when Muslims turn fool, they become dangerous than any other enemy. This army of 12000 did not come from Syria but due to foolishness came under propaganda of enemy. This way when Ali (a) rose it was for Adl. Imam e Zamana (a.t.f.s) has single point agenda to establish Adl. The societies are identified by Adl. The experts of social sciences believe that a society can prosper, grow on the basis of justice. If you want to assess our society on social principles then first thing to be seen is Adalat if that is present in its foundations, various departments and dimensions. The social scientists have two visions for having Adalat in society. They do not consider Adalat as the purpose but means. In religion as well the Adalat is not final purpose but means through which you have to reach the purpose. At times a final goal has various pre-goals and purposes whereby you reach the final purpose in stages. Like when you travel, you go through various stops to reach the final destination.
The stages in between are means as well as purpose. Like those who are going to Karbala first go to Quetta but that is not the actual final purpose. It is the means through which you have to reach the next destination. One purpose is ultimate where the journey ends but certain destinations, purpose are intermediaries. Allama Iqbal has mentioned this beautifully that society has to establish purposes after purpose. If a society reaches a purpose and stops then that is death of society. If you reach a destination then don’t say that now you have to sleep. There is purpose after purpose till the final purpose.
The social scientists who consider man as materialistic and created accidentally with the movement of matter. For them one is vision of capitalism and other is of socialism. Both scientists consider Adl as the basis of society but the purpose is something else. What is the purpose of Adl in Quran? Is Adalat the purpose or means to reach somewhere. For religion as well Adalat is mandatory means by which we have to reach the final purpose.
The capitalism considers Adalat as mandatory in society for man to get the actual purpose of liberation from laws and restrictions. A life in which man is absolutely free from laws, religion, ethics and whatever man desires he should be able to do. In religion there are various sanctities but for liberalism the most sacred thing is liberation. Here liberation is not freedom, it means not confined by any laws. There should not be any obstacles in front of his desires. He should get a society where man should be able to do whatever man wants to do. Like you should not restrict man marrying man or marrying animal. This desire of man is actual purpose and they need Adalat for this liberal atmosphere. For them if man wants to hoard wealth he can do, he wants to waste he can do, he wants to dominate others he can do and you cannot stop man from this.
For socialism scientist they say final ultimate purpose is fulfilling man’s essential needs. There is no spiritual need and there is no life after death. Man needs medicine, food are all essential needs. Here Adalat means all the needs should be present with man. In capitalism man can make or do whatever he desires. The desires are not confined by needs, they arouse you beyond needs, it establishes needs on its own. The laws, religion establish the needs of man. What are the needs of sick person? It is doctors who informs. In Capitalism the source of establishing needs is his desires but in socialism the society will decide what are the needs of man and all the capital will get disseminated amongst needy and rest remains with state.
Quran says we have sent Prophets, Book, Iron so that you should establish Adalat. Why do you need Adalat? For religion Adalat is the lap in which man can reach the ultimate purpose of creation. In religion the needs of everyone have to be fulfilled, like Quran says about relatives, rights of orphans, neighbors, poor should be taken care of. But the needs are not the purpose of Adalat instead they are also meant to fulfill the ultimate purpose which the purpose of creation for human being. One title of this purpose is Liqaullah. Some people consider Liqa means meeting with bounties, rewards of Allah. There are several verses in Quran where the word Liqaullah is used. The other title for final purpose of man is the Perfection which is perfection of human being. Allah has made a design for man, made the seed of humanity and told man to become human being himself. When a child is born it is a seed that is born which we mix with other things and make a porridge out of it. Man will become human when the seed has to be planted in the right soil. That soil is Adalat. If this seed gets planted in the farm of Adalat this seed will reach humanity and this is Liqa. Allah meets every human being but not the seed. The actual purpose of creation of human being which Allah has kept is Liqa, Kamaal, Qurb and all this happens through Adalat.
The Imam is the guardian of this society authorized by Allah absolutely. You study Quran, religion, put turbans and then you take this authority from Imam and give to Taghoot. You will cast vote now, so what is this? You are taking authority from someone whom Allah has given authority. The one whom Allah has made Wali why you don’t hand over the society to him? Because he will come and establish Adl, and when Adl comes up, we will oppose because our interests are not in Adl, it lies in injustice and oppression. The reason why ulama go to courtyards, Kings is because of their personal interest and not religion. We can see many people broke up from Ali (a) and went to Muawiyah for the sake of personal interests. He would give them lavish food and Muawiya liked to listen to ill words about Ali. Anyone who would condemn Ali he would become pleased and reward. There are many Muawiyah in history and many self-interested persons. The distancing from Imamat has only one reason that is personal gains, interests. Ali says one who considers Adalat as hard for them oppression will become harder. This has happened. In 2018 I have said, to take a note of the date and the rates of things and then on next election do accounting where we were and where we are today. Now in 2024, 8th Feb take a note of where you are and then after five years again to do accounting. Taghoot after Taghoot and have kept Imam on hold. The Imam is prepared for Adl but we are not prepared. When elections take place the heart of Imam pains. When Moosa sees people around Saamri his heart breaks. Then do not expect that Imam will be happy with us and will return to us. May Allah grant us the understanding of Quran and Religion and understanding religion as per the teachings of Ahlulbayt (a).
Sermon 2
Allah has kept the security of human society and his self in the hands of man himself through Taqwa. This is because man has been given sense, intention and will. But man has kept the divine systems behind back and instead replaced with their own systems and thus has been disgraced. Today we can see there are beasts, barbaric name’s sake humans whose biggest example is Gaza and then other lands as well like Iraq, Lebanon, Kashmir and Yemen. The biggest aggression is on Gaza and entire humanity are giving proof of their humanity which has become dead. There are several women, children getting killed daily and these beasts, Satan’s are doing it and rest all others are silent which is testifying their crimes. They want to eradicate this race from earth. The numbers are much higher if we count the people dying after wounds, sickness, lack of food and would be more than 100,000. And everyone is involved in this crime. Those who are doing oppression, those who are supporting and those who are remaining silent. In Shias the curse is on killers, oppressors and those who remain silent after listening to this oppression. Their silence is the sign of being in agreement. They are doing this Barbarism because of this disgrace.
If you leave the system of Allah then this is what happens. The democracy is in Israel, UK, USA and all this destruction is being done by the leaders appointed by democracy. Who will stop this crime? The Imam, who says if an anklet from the feet of Jewish woman is robbed a believer should die of shame. The Democratics are all silent spectators. We can see on 8th February what will happen. There are candidates who are not even worth to take their names. You can see on media what nonsense these candidates are speaking which is ultimate foolishness. Allama Iqbal says
Guriz az Tarz e Jamhoori, Gulame Pukhtekaari sho
Refrain from democracy, flee from it. This is Iqbal who is the designer of Pakistan. He is the one who placed the seed in the minds of Muslims of India to make their own country. And when you make it then protect it from democracy and instead become follower of a matured person. The one who is nurtured by Allah is matured which means Imamat.
Then later he says
Az do sad Khar Kaare Insaani Nami aayad
Two hundred donkeys cannot do the work or think like even one person.
Just listen to the nonsense of these politicians, even Allama would change the word of donkey to something else. There are some who even sound like donkeys. You expect from these donkeys that they will save Pakistan, improve economy. The anchors sit for hours on TV and talk about the problem of Pakistan and say the cause is those who are in prison. The solution is to have clean elections, then again, the same corrupt persons will come to power and solve the problem?
The second point that I mentioned was as to whose rights you are giving to him. Allah has given the rights of religious society to Wali. All Shias, Sunni’s writers of beliefs, Jurisprudence when they define Imamat they all agree that Imamat is the governance, rulership of world and religion. And you have handed over the nation, people, economy in the hands of Taghoot? They take the name of Imams, Imam Hussain to seek votes for the Taghoot. You are part of the crime. When you give the rights of Imam to someone else then you will yourself become criminal. The rights of Imam are that you should do everything for the establishing Imamat.
The entire world has one duty to rise for the sake of Palestinians. As an example, if the Masjid has become impure like carpet or some part; and you come for Salaat with the knowledge that Masjid is impure. Most Fuqaha says this Salaat is not correct, because first duty was to purify the mosque. Some fuqaha said Salaat might get accepted but there is an act of disobedience and sin as you have abandoned an obligatory act. We should be aware about these laws. Today all Ulama are busy in elections. Your first duty is to rise for Palestine. The several children, women are dying every day, so is our duty to neglect them and become busy on elections.
On 8th February the believers should rise for Palestine. First make this arrangement for their salvation and then do other things. You have left this and become the cause of disgrace for nation. Who has done betrayal with Palestine and Kashmir? The same Taghoot’s after whom you are running. The ark of salvation is Ahlulbayt and this is happening when you come under the system of Imamat of Ahlulbayt and not just by mourning for them.
