The UAE Embassy in Tel Aviv reacted to the news of joint investment between the UAE and Israel in the construction of a football stadium.
Faraan: The UAE embassy in Israel announced on its Twitter account that the UAE has not committed to building a stadium in Kafr Qasim or any other stadium in Israel.
This embassy emphasized that it adheres to its commitment to communicate with all the settlers in the Zionist occupation regime. This is while the Israeli information site “WINET” announced yesterday that the UAE has invested in the construction of a stadium in Kafr Qasim, and also that the Israeli club Habu’il has been sold to an Emirati businessman.
This news has led to widespread reactions on social networks, the village of Kafr Qasim was the scene of the massacre of 51 Palestinians in 1956, and its name is linked in the minds of Palestinians and Muslims with the terrible crime committed by the Zionists in order to forcibly evacuate the residents. Currently, the UAE has cooperated with this regime to remove the traces of the Zionist regime’s crimes in this village.
It should be noted that earlier in September 2020, the Zionist occupation regime and the UAE completely normalized their relations with the support of Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, and after that many contracts were signed, including a direct commercial flight from Tel Aviv to Abu Dhabi and It was signed in various fields of tourism, investment, trade, sports, etc.
