FARAAN: Bahrain is looking forward to attracting Israeli doctors to its hospitals; This move has been widely condemned by the people of Bahrain who oppose normalization.
Analysis
Al-Wafaq National Islamic Jamiat of Bahrain pointed to the news of the offer to recruit doctors of the Zionist regime in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates with monthly salaries equivalent to three times their salaries in the occupation regime and described it as unusual.
Al-Wafaq said with the title “The Rulers’ Generosity Reaches the Provisional Zionist Regime”, this news is published two months after more than 300 unemployed Bahraini doctors registered their names in the Bahrain Medical Association last July.
In addition to the housing and health crisis, Bahraini citizens suffer in various fields such as the deterioration of living and economic conditions, high living costs, increased taxes, and the increase in the number of foreigners, and yet Manama tries to continue its violations.
Al-Wefaq added: “The problems of the people of Bahrain caused by the stupidity of the government will be prolonged, because the public funds will be wasted to meet the demands of the regime and big countries and to whitewash the heavy case of human rights, while the citizens are deprived of their most basic rights for a life.”
Observers of Bahrain affairs, in turn, described this decision as malicious and emphasized that this is one of the most dangerous aspects of normalization, noting that health normalization is much more dangerous than military, media, and political normalization.
The observers of Bahraini affairs added: “The government of Manama will pressure the people of Bahrain to talk to an Israeli doctor instead of talking to an unemployed Bahraini doctor, and this will lead to the formation of Bahraini delegations for treatment in Israel.”
The political opponents, in their turn, asked about the fate of the doctors, nurses, and unemployed immigrants in Bahrain after the doors were closed to them. Is bringing the Israelis to turn Bahrain into a new Zionist colony?
Americans for Democracy and Human Rights in Bahrain emphasized that the government of Bahrain has consistently violated international human rights standards by systematically suppressing fundamental rights, including the right to freedom of expression.
The organization added that Bahraini activists said on social networks that they are currently banned from traveling to some Persian Gulf countries, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, due to their political activities.
