Observers are of the opinion that Turkey has played a significant role in the attack on Syria and is considered the first degree suspect of the crisis in this country. Everyone knows that the attack on Syria basically started from the border of Turkey and today the result of developments and the international stand of Syria and its allies and their victory over a major part of the terrorist groups in this country has forced Turkey to be flexible and changes can be made. It has drawn attention at the regional and international level.
Observers consider the meeting to be held in Moscow with the participation of the defense ministers of Syria, Iran, Turkey and Russia as a mediatory solution or a middle ground between the expectations of Syria and Turkey.
Iranian diplomats also believe that the existing issues between Turkey and Syria should be resolved first, and then proceed to advance the political and diplomatic process and sign the protocol to reopen the embassies in the two countries.

They point out that the situation in the field is one of the basic and important issues, the solution of which is inevitable to reach an agreement or reconciliation, and otherwise, there can be no talk of political reconciliation or the signing of commercial, financial and cultural agreements.
Referring to the presence of the American invaders in the east of the Euphrates and the occupation of a significant part of northern Syria by Turkey, these experts point out that the main demand of Syria in the meeting of the defense ministers of Syria, Iran, Russia and Turkey is the withdrawal of Turkish forces from the territory of this country and the absence of Ankara supports terrorist groups. Meanwhile, Turkey’s main desire is to curb organizations affiliated to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party and the necessity of organizing a part of them as a sub-group of “QSD”.
According to these diplomats, the second concern of Turkey that has taken sleep from Erdogan’s eyes is the presence of more than 3 million Syrian refugees in Turkey. Erdogan is trying to get rid of these people in any way possible because the presence of this number of refugees in Turkey has security, cultural and educational consequences for this country.

They point to the positions of Bashar al-Assad, the president of Syria, who has clearly stated that until the Turkish forces leave Syria, talk of reconciliation is meaningless, and these are a summary of the demands of Syria and Turkey in the current negotiations.
