What caused the terror of the Zionist regime in Jenin?

FARAAN: In its aggressive attacks against the Jenin camp, the Zionist regime uses air and ground forces and all kinds of heavy weapons. This is while the resistance fighters have no weapons except grenades and explosive traps – which they are using for the first time – and by observing the occupation regime’s drones, they shoot them down and target the Zionist soldiers.

Ehsan Ataya, a member of the political office of the Islamic Jihad movement, says that the city of Jenin has become a strong and impenetrable fortress for the invaders. He points out that the city has proven to be a model of resistance, bravery and courage, and this has frightened the enemy.

He states that the rapid growth of the resistance in Jenin has terrified the enemy and its accomplices, and we see that all countries have closed their eyes and ears to the brutal attacks of the Zionist regime on this city and the killing of civilians and the destruction of houses and mosques. However, the Jenin Battalion and other Palestinian resistance groups are lying in wait for the enemy, and although the enemy has deployed more than 1,000 soldiers and its air, ground and reconnaissance forces, it has not been able to penetrate the impregnable fortress of Jenin.

He states that the enemy pursues different goals in attacking Jenin, including that he is involved in a severe internal crisis that is getting bigger and bigger. Second, Jenin is a serious security threat for this regime. Therefore, this regime is trying to take control of the situation in the West Bank by attacking Jenin and weakening the resistance, and finally organize its internal situation.

Khaldoun Al-Barghouthi, an expert on “Israel” issues, also says that the occupation regime only allows the media of this regime to publish the information it deems appropriate.

Al-Barghouthi states that the Zionist regime wants to publish its desired narrative from the Jenin camp. This regime is trying to pretend that it has achieved its goals, including entering Jenin and encircling this camp and fighters.

He pointed out that this regime, when it saw that its goals of violating the city were not achieved, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of this regime, announced that this attack will continue as long as it is necessary and the goals are achieved. Therefore, it is not easy to predict the situation. He also warned the occupying regime about any crime committed against the fighters of the Jenin battalion and the Jenin camp.

Mohammad Hamadeh, the spokesman of Hamas in Jerusalem, also announced that the excessive use of force by the Zionist regime has many causes and factors, the most important of which is the regime’s violent and criminal nature and the repressive thinking of this regime.

He says: “We have known this enemy for seventy years. This enemy has always resorted to extreme force against children, women and the elderly and has not stopped any crime against them. The second reason for resorting to extreme force is the inability of the occupying regime to deal with the resistance and break its will, as well as the inability to realize the goal that it has defined for itself every time to restore the power of deterrence.”
He emphasized that this regime will fail in violating this city this time.
