Will the flag march ignite all the squares against Tel Aviv?

The Provisional Zionist regime is terrified of the consequences of setting up a “flag march” to be held this evening, which may, with the slightest mistake, ignite all the fields against it at the same time.

Faraan: Will the flag march ignite all the squares against Tel Aviv?

According to Fars News Agency’s International Group, the security system of the interim Zionist regime today (Sunday, May 29), rather than focusing on holding a “flag march” on Bab al-Amoud or other events related to the day called “Jerusalem”, fear of escalating tensions and clashes has focused more on Al-Aqsa Mosque.

After the announcement of the existence of the fake Zionist regime in Yom al-Nakba (May 14, 1948), the western part of Jerusalem was occupied by this regime and the eastern part was occupied by Jordan. Eventually, following the Six-Day War between the Arabs and the Zionist regime and its victory in June 1967, the eastern part was annexed to the western part of Jerusalem, which according to the Arabic calendar coincided with 28 Iyar. Tel Aviv celebrates this day as “Jerusalem Day”.

Last year, this day, which coincided with the 28th of Ramadan and the Palestinian sit-in at Al-Aqsa Mosque in the week leading up to World Quds Day; The extremist Zionists attacked Al-Aqsa Mosque, after which the battle of “Saif al-Quds” against the occupiers was fought by the Palestinian resistance, and the Zionists were forced to cancel the flag march and postpone it.

To commemorate this day, the Zionists hold a march and dance of flags every year, and this march starts from an agreed place in West Quds and passes through the chapters of the old city of Quds, namely the chapters of Al-Khalil and Al-Jadeed, and reaches Bab Al-Amoud. It is always accompanied by Palestinian protests despite strict security measures. This day is equivalent to today (Sunday / May 29).

The “flag march” of the Zionist settlers is scheduled to begin at 16:00 local time today; This issue may explode in the Palestinian territories due to the warnings of the Palestinian groups to respond.

Al-Hudhud website published a report stating that the Zionist security forces are more concerned about the situation of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the response of the Palestinians than they are about holding a flag march; It wrote: According to reports, the Zionist regime’s security system fears that tens or hundreds of Palestinians sitting inside Al-Aqsa Mosque will be present with weapons and explosives, as in previous times when Palestinian youths met with Palestinian groups who attacked Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning.

The Zionist Channel 12 TV quoted the security officials saying, “The mission of all security forces is primarily to prevent clashes and any friction and to counteract provocations and encouragements on social networks and “false news” that will be published today and can be published.”

According to the report, to prevent the situation from deteriorating, a large number of police and “Border Guard” forces have been deployed in Bab al-Amoud and near Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the “Israeli” army has increased the number of troops in the contact line area to prevent attacks. It has created in the air defense system the fear of firing from Gaza or even Lebanon. In addition, the number of troops stationed in mixed cities inside the occupied Palestine has increased and has been strengthened.

According to this Zionist channel, while no one knows how this event will go, a message has reached the Gaza Strip through Qatar and Egypt, and that is that “Israel” will respond to any violation of peace, even the slightest one. Hamas, on the other hand, called on the Palestinian youth to go out and light the lines of confrontation with the enemy in Al-Aqsa Mosque and prevent the march of the flag, while the Egyptian mediator to Hamas and Islamic Jihad warned the enemies of a possible firing of rockets on Sunday.

Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas’ political bureau, announced two nights ago that his movement and other resistance groups in the Gaza Strip had long ago prepared their rocket launchers for any possible scenario. “We have many options to resist the flag march and to try to desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque,” he said. “We are ready for all scenarios and we explicitly say that the clock will not go back and Al-Aqsa Mosque is our right and property.”

Earlier, Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal called on the “Arab and Islamic Ummah” to leave on the day of the rallies as the flag march. “We have to do a great job to make the occupiers and their supporters understand that the attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque will cause an earthquake,” he said.

“Israel may put control of Al-Aqsa Mosque on the agenda tomorrow or in the coming days,” Mashaal warned. For this reason, he called on the “Arab and Islamic states” to take a stand against “Israel”, to take their historical responsibility, and to take a stand on what is happening in Al-Aqsa and Jerusalem.
