Yemeni authorities and people angry over the execution of Yemeni prisoners by the Saudis

Yemeni circles witnessed a widespread public and official reaction to the Saudi regime condemning the execution of 81 prisoners, including Yemeni prisoners.

Faraan: Yemeni official and popular circles widely slammed the Saudi regime’s crime of executing 81 innocent people, including seven Yemenis, as part of the Saudi regime’s repressive method, which was accompanied by silence in the international circles.

Hassan al-Warith, a Yemeni political analyst said: “This is a great crime that adds to the crimes of Saudi Arabia, and the greater crime is the execution of Yemeni prisoners among those executed, a crime that is contrary to all the heavenly and international laws.” Observers believe that this crime is no different from the actions of terrorist organizations such as al-Qaeda and ISIS, which have ideologies contrary to the Islamic laws and violate humanitarian laws and regulations and are not fair at all. Moreover, the United States supports the Saudi regime for its crimes against the opposition and supports its repressive policies.

Ali Tayseer, the Deputy Minister of Human Rights, told Al-Alam: “This regime commits its crimes and it is witnessed by the whole world at the behest of the United States and the Zionists. If it did not have the approval of the United States, it would not have done so.” The Yemeni Ulema Association also condemned the crime, stressing that the killing of 81 innocent Muslims is against the Islamic laws and fair judicial rulings.

Yemeni Information Minister Zaifullah al-Shami termed the killing of the Saudi regime a great crime against humanity committed with the will of the United States and exposing its false democracy. The National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs called the unjust execution of two Yemeni prisoners a violation of all the international laws.
The Saudi regime seems to be accustomed to shedding the blood of the innocent, so by committing new crimes, it doubles its criminal record inside and outside the country to add another stigma against humanity to its dark history.
