Special forces from the Zionist regime’s prisons raided Ward 10 of Nafha Prison, beating Palestinian prisoners and transferring some of them to solitary confinement.
Faraan: A spokesman for the Palestinian Prisoners of War Information Office on Monday night said that a large number of Zionist repressive forces attacked Ward 10 of Nafha Prison, following a clash between Palestinian prisoner Ahmad Obaida and two Zionist prison guards.
Abu Sharokh told reporters: “Ahmad Obaida was severely beaten by two Zionist guards and the guards transferred him to a solitary confinement without clothes or food and in severe cold conditions.” In other Palestinian news, the occupying Zionist forces also attacked residents of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem and peace activists who expressed solidarity with them, injuring several of them and taking one of them to hospital.
According to some sources in the occupied Jerusalem, the occupying forces attacked women, men, youth and children in the neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, and many of them were injured in the attack. Residents of Sheikh Jarrah and some peace activists offered Maghrib prayers near the home of the Al-Sao family, who have been threatened with displacement by the Israeli officials.
Following the aggression of the occupying regime in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem, the situation in the area has been uneasy for the ninth day in a row. The move by Itamar Ben Ghafir, an extremist member of the Israeli Knesset, to open an office for himself in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, which he said was intended to support the settlers, has exacerbated the situation in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
Hundreds of Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood are at risk of being forcibly displaced from their homes to carry out the settlement plans, and settlers continue to attack residents with the support of the occupying regime forces.
