According to reports, the Zionist forces also attacked al-Tur area in Nablus and clashed with the Palestinians. The Zionist military also closed the Qalandiya crossing located in the north of occupied Jerusalem to the Palestinians and prevented their passage.

According to Al-Ahed news website, the organization for the affairs of Palestinian prisoners and freedmen announced that the 50-year-old prisoner “Due to the deliberate medical negligence of the Zionist regime’s prisons administration towards sick prisoners, Nasser Abu Hamid” from the Al-Amari camp in the Ramallah section of the West Bank of the Jordan River, was martyred in “Assaf Hroufieh” hospital.

The authorities of the Zionist regime had transferred this Palestinian prisoner from Ramleh prison to Asaf Hrofieh hospital on Monday afternoon due to his severe health deterioration. Before this, the organization for handling the affairs of Palestinian prisoners and freedmen had warned about the martyrdom of this Palestinian prisoner due to medical negligence regarding his health condition due to his cancer. Abu Hamid’s health condition in prison had clearly deteriorated since August 2021.
